Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, intact packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:

Skincare and hair care products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Items marked as final sale or purchased with gift cards.
Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Steps to Initiate a Return:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. -
Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization email with the return address and further instructions.
